Accessibility

Pneumofore units can be completely taken apart and reassembled with standard tools by any mechanic. This simplicity of design offers the user access to the technology, both physically and metaphorically. The owner gains greater independence and flexibility by easily understanding what the machine needs for optimum performance and how to provide it.

The difference between our open system and a "black box" is valued by Pneumofore customers in extreme climates, where onsite support may not be immediately available. For large installations, the flexibility afforded by simple, accessible machine construction can translate into important savings when restructuring a supply network or relocating a plant.

Our design philosophy and the rotary vane principle are symbiotic: one represents and reinforces the other in all these notions. The rotary vane principle is inherently simple and efficient by virtue of operating with few moving parts at a low rotation speed. This in turn ensures low temperatures, minimal leakage, high air quality, and low component wear, all of which translate to higher reliability and durability than with other types of compressors.
