Durability

First produced in 1963, the F360 air compressors were the world's largest single-stage rotary vane compressors. At the turn of the 21st century, after nearly four decades, several units were still in operation, performing at constant efficiency and yielding consistent air quality.

In products such as computers, obsolescence due to rapid innovation calls for short product lifetimes. In our industry, however, increasing product durability in order to lengthen operational lifetimes is a justifiable design priority.

Good design provides inherent durability, but when reliability is also a priority, machine life sometimes suffers to afford constant performance. Pneumofore compromises on neither: our units are characteristically sturdy and long-lasting as a result of extra sizing, robust construction, high-quality materials and choosing the best onboard components available.
