Recovering heat that results from the machine's operation is a priority in the design of nearly all our units. This allows energy efficiency either for the unit operation itself or for other processes in the plant. Some Pneumofore compressor installations present both air and water cooling, which are chosen in function of the season: air cooling in summer and water cooling in winter for the purpose of heating water. Other installations are air-cooled only and the hot cooling air exhaust is used for ambient heating in winter. Heat recovery is obviously strongly dependent on the installations' site climatic circumstances.
