Pneumofore Explosion proof compressors are air-cooled and operate in several tropical countries with ambient temperatures up to 50°. Vane technology is preferred to screw due to direct coupling, low rotaion speed and few moving parts. These features are highly appreciated in explosive and high aggresive environments. Our patented system of oil injection guarantees constant efficiency, air purity and hassle free maintenance over decades through full automatic operation.

		Electric panels and electrical equipment explosion proof in compliance with Eex d llBT3 standards or according to other standards.
		Sand storm resistant. Equipped with a pre cleaner: separates nearly 85% of incoming contaminants per ISO certified 50011/J726 coarse dust. Self cleaning. Saline mist (sea fog) resistant painting, for off - shore apllications. Panel switches, indicators, alarms.
		Motors build according to Ex Na ll BT3 regulations. Direct coupling, few moving parts subjected to wear, less friction. Low rotation speed. No gears, nor belt drive. High efficiency class motor if required.
		Plastic fan powered with 2 speed thermostatic controlled motors build according to Ex Na ll BT3 regulations.
