Daniel Hilfiker, Dipl. Masch. Ing. ETH, President and CEO
Representing Pneumofore's third generation of mechanical engineers from the Hilfiker line, Daniel succeeded his father Robert in 2006 after expanding the company's line of products and services and meeting growing customer demands on a global scale. After joining Pneumofore in 1995, Daniel lead the development of the T and UR Series, air compressors designed for high performance in extreme environments. Since the implementation of 4 company divisions in 2000, Daniel's current focus has shifted to international business development and strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, the company has tripled its revenue in the field of international vacuum sales and seized an important share of the hollow glass vacuum market.

Fabrizio Melina, Mech. Eng., Technical Director
At Pneumofore since 1968, Technical Director Fabrizio Melina oversees all technical aspects of Pneumofore's research, production, and aftermarket service. Passionate about thermodynamic processes, Fabrizio gradually rose from operation to full R&D responsibilities at Pneumofore. He has extensive experience with application engineering, especially in the field of vacuum, and frequently supervises the implementation of Pneumofore solutions in international locations.

Mauro Ferrero, Director of Sales
The new member of our company's Board of Directors since September 2007. His position as Director of Sales shall improve the assistance to customers world-wide. With 70% of our sales abroad, the competence of our commercial resources is being multilingual, multi cultural and compatible with all present and future customers, next to the specific know-how regarding Pneumofore products. The experience of Mr. Ferrero is based on years of commercial activity with creation of international collaborations for serving local markets, from first contact to long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. The Pneumofore team welcomes Mr. Ferrero and wishes lots of success to keep the impressive positive trend of sales on the five continents.
