PH series

Piston Booster

Models: PH, PHB

Capacity: 11 - 89 m³/h (6,5 - 52 cfm)

Pressure: 15 - 35 bar (217 - 508 psi)

Power: 2,2 - 9 kW (3 - 12,5 HP)

PH and PHB piston compressors deliver compressed air at pressures ranging from 15 to 35 bar. The intake pressure for all PH models is atmospheric, while the PHB booster compressors process air with intake pressures ranging from 6 to 10 bar. Both Series share high-performance features and components to ensure maximum reliability.

PH series high-pressure reciprocating compressors, lubricated, air cooled, with measured capacity from 12 to 46 m3/h and delivery pressure from 15 to 35 bar, have been designed to guarantee high performance over time. Every PH model has a dual-stage piston air end, with special steel pipes for inter-cooling the compressed air and improving the overhaul compressor efficiency. PH compressors are equipped with condensate separator and electronic controlled drainer, non-return valve of Hoerbiger type, intake and outlet pressure gauge.

PHB series boosters are lubricated reciprocating compressors with measured capacity from 8 to 150 m3/h, intake air pressurized from 6 to 10 bar and final pressure at 20 or 35 bar. These compressors are compact and silent thanks to the vibration-proof rubber bushings supporting the booster frame, easy to install without foundations or soundproof cabin. Coupled with medium pressure compressors in a centralized installation or remotely connected to the pneumatic line, the boosters are a flexible and cost-effective solution for feeding high pressure air to manufacturing processes and tools.

SHARED FEATURES

  • Piston air-end, lubricated, dual-stage, with special steel pipes for interstage air cooling. Inter-cooler and after-cooler on models from 30 to 35 bar delivery pressure.
  • V belt coupling with cast iron flywheel pulley assembled on the crank shaft, protected by safety cage.
Deadening rubber bearings ensuring noise level according to EC rules.
  • EC marking: the European safety regulation ensures the danger-free operation of the units.
